1. What you’re buying

Purpose Lab is a self-paced brand-strategy workshop delivered through this website. Each session costs $99 USD (one-time, no subscription) and produces a strategic brand report based on your inputs.

2. Refunds

No refunds for completed sessions. The AI work involved in producing your report is irreversible computational cost that we incur on your behalf. By starting a session, you agree that your $99 is non-refundable once the session begins. Pre-session cancellations (within 5 minutes of payment, before any AI work begins) may be refunded — email [email protected].

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the inputs you provide and the report we produce. We don’t share, sell, or train models on your content. [JURISDICTION] data protection rules apply.

4. Retention

Sessions are retained for 90 days after creation, then automatically deleted along with all associated data. Your account remains until you delete it.

5. AI-generated content

The strategic suggestions in your report are AI-generated. They are not professional advice in any specific domain (legal, financial, medical, etc.). You are responsible for verifying any specific factual claims, legal compliance, or commercial decisions you make based on the report.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee an SLA. Scheduled maintenance windows may temporarily interrupt service.

7. Governing law

8. Changes
